This Privacy Policy explains how RazPro LLC, doing business as RazPro Business Solutions ("RazPro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit razpro.us (the "Site") or contact us. It also explains the choices you have. Our Terms of Use apply together with this policy.
1. Information You Give Us
When you email us, call, message us on WhatsApp, request a free guide, or book a consultation, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, association or company name, and the details of your request.
Clients, students, and portal users also give us information under a separate engagement agreement, course enrollment, or portal account. That information is handled under those agreements and the applicable law, as described in sections 6 and 7.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the Site uses analytics tools that collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, the site that referred you, browser and device type, screen size, and approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. We use the following tools:
- Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which is a reconstruction of mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling. Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not sent to Clarity. Microsoft may also use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Rybbit. Rybbit is privacy-focused analytics that works without cookies. It uses your IP address only briefly to determine country and region and does not store it. See the Rybbit privacy policy.
- VisitorTracking. VisitorTracking (visitortracking.com) helps us understand which businesses and organizations visit the Site. It uses information such as your IP address and browser data, and may use cookies or similar identifiers, to identify the organization associated with a visit and, where available through its own data sources, related business contact information.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the Site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your questions and schedule consultations
- To provide the services, courses, portals, and guides you request
- To understand how the Site is used and to improve its content, design, and performance
- To identify organizations that may be interested in our services and follow up with them in a professional way
- To send occasional updates when you have asked for them or have a business relationship with us; every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe
- To protect the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with the law
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, and client-portal providers, under their terms and only for those purposes. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
5. Your Choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them.
- Global Privacy Control: Microsoft Clarity honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if your browser sends it. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email info@razpro.us to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law or contract.
6. Client, Student, and Portal Information
Information we handle for associations and businesses we serve, including accounting records, owner and resident information in our portals, and data processed through our proprietary ACH-Connect software, is used only to provide the contracted services. It is governed by the client's engagement agreement and Florida law, including the rules that protect association official records. Course records for our DBPR-approved education are kept as required by Florida rules.
7. Background and Credit Screening
Credit and background reports for prospective buyers and tenants are requested only with the applicant's written authorization and a permissible purpose, as required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Those reports are handled under separate disclosures provided at the time of application, not through this Site.
8. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No website or online service is perfectly secure. If a breach involving your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act and other applicable law. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law; analytics providers keep data under their own retention schedules.
9. Children
The Site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to Other Sites
The Site links to other websites and platforms, such as client portals, condohoa.app, ach.razpro.us, and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
