DBPR-approved courses for future Community Association Managers and for condominium and HOA board members — taught live online by Roberto Zarate.
The DBPR-approved 16-hour pre-licensure course every Community Association Manager applicant must complete, taught in live online classes. We also walk you through what comes next: the DBPR application, fingerprints and the state exam.
The certification course newly elected or appointed directors must take within 90 days, plus continuing education to keep directors current on Florida condominium and HOA law.

Roberto Zarate is a DBPR-approved instructor, and RazPro LLC holds two DBPR education provider licenses under Chapter 468, Florida Statutes: CAM pre-licensure education provider (License No. PRE93) and community association manager continuing education provider (License No. PVD1387). You can verify both at MyFloridaLicense.com. He brings more than 20 years of experience, a CAM license, a Florida real estate license and Platinum QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification to every class, so lessons come with real association examples, not just theory.
We can schedule a session for your association's directors so everyone completes their certification together, with time for questions about your own building.
