Every voice, every vote, on the record. We record your condo or HOA meeting with a 360° camera, prepare digital minutes linked to the video, and deliver both within 48 hours, organized by community.
Real 360° recording from a RazPro meeting; faces blurred for privacy. Minutes card shown as a sample.
One camera in the middle of the table captures the whole room: the board, the speakers and owners' comments, with clear audio. No camera operator, no missed angles.
Draft minutes for the secretary's review: call to order, quorum, motions, votes and adjournment, with each item linked to the exact moment in the video.
Recordings go to a dedicated playlist for your community on our CondoHOA.app channel, or to your association's own website or portal. Set as unlisted or private when you prefer.
Need owners to watch from home? We can stream the meeting live as an add-on to the recording.
Most of our communities don't pay extra. Meeting recording is built into our service contracts.
Every community on our CondoHOA.app plan gets four recorded meetings each year, with draft minutes. Recordings are posted to your community's own playlist on the CondoHOA.app YouTube channel.
Large communities on our custom white-label portal get a YouTube channel created under their own community name, with recordings delivered as set in their service contract.
Not a RazPro client yet? Book us for one meeting or a series. Recording and draft minutes delivered within 48 hours; live streaming available as an add-on.
Request a quote →Why four? Florida condominiums with 10 or more units must hold board meetings at least once each quarter (Fla. Stat. § 718.112(2)(c)), so four recorded meetings a year covers that minimum. We offer the same package to HOAs.
Send us the meeting date, location and agenda.
We arrive early, place the 360° camera and test audio. The recording is announced at the start.
The full meeting is captured, from call to order to adjournment.
Within 48 hours you receive the recording and the draft minutes. The board reviews, corrects and approves the minutes.
When an owner asks "what did the board actually vote on?", the answer is one click away. A recording backs up the minutes and protects directors who acted properly.
Minutes and, in many cases, meeting recordings are part of the association's official records. Organized, timestamped files make owner inspection requests faster to fulfill.
Florida's 2025 condominium reforms require meetings held by video conference to be recorded, kept as official records and posted on the association's website. Unit owners also have a right to record board and owner meetings, subject to Division rules.
Legal background: Fla. Stat. § 718.112(2)(c) (meetings and owners' right to record), § 718.111(12) (official records), and the 2025 condominium amendments on video-conference meetings, with implementing rules from the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. HOAs follow Chapter 720 and their governing documents. General information, not legal advice; ask your association attorney how these rules apply to your community. Minutes are drafts until approved by the board.
Tell us your meeting date and community size, and we'll send a quote for recording, minutes and optional live streaming. Recording and draft minutes delivered within 48 hours.
